1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and SkyFare Desk. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use this website or our telephone services.

2. Nature of Our Service

SkyFare Desk is an independent travel agency and intermediary. We arrange air travel supplied by third-party airlines, consolidators, and travel providers. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.

All transportation is governed by the contract of carriage and fare rules of the operating airline, which take precedence over any general description provided by our agents or this website.

3. Booking Conditions and Pricing

Fares, taxes, surcharges, and seat availability are controlled by airlines and can change at any time until a ticket is issued. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until payment is authorized and the ticket is ticketed.

You are responsible for reviewing the itinerary read back to you and for confirming that passenger names exactly match government-issued identification. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline penalties or require a new ticket.

4. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

Payment authorizes us to issue tickets on your behalf for the amount disclosed. Any service fee is stated before payment and is separate from airline charges.

Change, cancellation, and refund rights depend entirely on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Many discounted fares are non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline refunds, when available, are processed on the airline's timeline.

5. Travel Documents and Eligibility

Travelers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permits, health documentation, and entry requirements for every country on the itinerary. We may share general guidance, but requirements change frequently and verification remains the traveler's obligation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyFare Desk is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, equipment substitutions, strikes, weather, or losses caused by airlines or other third-party suppliers.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the service fee we collected for that booking.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for fraudulent bookings, speculative reservations, automated scraping, or any activity that interferes with site operation or the rights of others.

8. Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
